The feelings of emptiness during my dark period, which I went through several years ago, were mainly caused by the fact that I didn\u2019t really know why I was here (on this planet) and what I wanted. Only through techniques leading to deeper self-knowledge and the development of the spiritual dimension of life was I able to come closer to the depth of my inner self, which speaks clearly\u2026 Through courses in applied philosophy, I became aware of my life purpose. I was deeply drawn to the idea that only by living in harmony between body, mind, and spirit are we able to be in contact with our higher self and divine essence.<\/p>\n
Does this all sound abstract to you? For me, harmony of body, mind, and spirit simply means living an integrated life\u2014saying what I think, doing what I feel, listening to my body when it signals that I am somewhere I shouldn\u2019t be, with someone I shouldn\u2019t be, and so on. Being in contact with my higher self and divine essence means feeling safe, loved, that I belong somewhere, and that everything in the world is as it should be. I learned how to experience this harmony and, thanks to it, to feel truly great\u2014to feel clarity, gratitude, and the purity of being.<\/p>\n
I wish this for everyone, and so I decided to live it as fully as I can, hoping it might inspire someone. And so, before you, I commit myself to doing my utmost to ensure that everything I say and do comes from a place of integrity and authenticity, in harmony with my being.<\/p>\n
So whatever I do in life\u2014whether pastry making, abstract painting, or anything else\u2014my intention is clear: to live an integrated life, in harmony with my body, mind, and spirit, and to feel inner peace, clarity, joy, and contentment, which I wish to radiate into my surroundings. This is such a relief. That no need to search for it anymore. To use all the energy to spread it away. I feel so blessed and wish for You the same.<\/p>\n
