The low feelings in my dark period (that’s my personal name for the period) that I went through a few years ago were mainly due to not really knowing why I was here (on the planet) and what I wanted. It was only through techniques leading to deeper self-knowledge and spiritual development that I was able to get closer to the depths of my inner self that spoke to me clearly. Studying applied philosophy made me aware of my life’s mission. For I was intrigued by the idea that only by living in harmony of body, mind and spirit are we able to be in touch with our higher self and divine essence.

Does this all sound kind of abstract to you? Body-mind-spirit harmony for me simply means living in an integrated way, saying what I think, doing what I feel, listening to my body when it tells me with its signals that I am somewhere I shouldn’t be, with whom I shouldn’t be, and so on. To me, being in touch with my higher self and divine essence means feeling safe, loved, that I belong somewhere and that all is right in the world. I have learned to experience this harmony and feel great with it. To feel clarity, gratitude and purity of being. 

I wish this for all people. And so I commit to you that I will do my best to do everything I say and do from a place of integrity and authenticity.

And whatever I do in my life, whether it’s sugarcraft or abstract painting or whatever, my intention is clear, to live integratively, in harmony with my body, mind and spirit, and to feel the inner peace, clarity, joy and contentment that I want to spread to my surroundings and be here for you❤️❤️❤️
